My clients are able to view all their listing and escrow details as well as veiw and download all documents relating to their transaction by logging into the "Settlement Room" banner at the top of this page. This feature helps make the whole escrow process run smoother because the other agent, the lender, transaction coordinators, the buyer and seller, Inspectors etc... can all have access to documents. I set different levels of appropriate access by password depending on who the client is.
