I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 18 years, and I am also a broker.  Throughout the years, I have gained millions of dollars of sale experience.  If you interview real estate agents, I suggest asking them how many years they have been in real estate; if they do this fulltime, and if they can provide you with references as well as put you in to contact with former clients.  I can do all this for you.   I have worked for RE/MAX Gold and was a top producer at Lyon Real Estate. Having an educated agent can help when representing you. I earned a BA from UC Berkeley and a Masters degree from National University.  I have earned scholarships and was on the honor role in college. Although I was accepted into 3 law schools, I decided to become a teacher and then Realtor. I have learned very effective negotiating skills through my formal education as well as experience on the job.  I really do like to help people, and I enjoy the challenge of  the constantly changing world of real estate.
